Have you ever considered what life would be like without fruits?
Oh . . I am not able to image this, now a days fruits are part of my life, and am not able to live without fruits, if I look back in my past I could not able to imagine that I can see this day because I was purely a non-vegetarian person I ate fruits and green vegetables very rarely. But now days I am pure vegetarian person. From last three months I am eating at least one fruit in a day.
We all knows about fruits benefits but I get very special benefits that I feel in my life, like its help to stable my mind and thoughts in difficult situation. my resistive power is increased, before that I am very week person, and I realize that our food will help to control our thoughts and mind. Its also help me in my daily meditation.
We all are eating fruits and vegetables regularly but some interesting fact that we not none eg. a simple tomato is good source of Vitamin.
Inside a Tomato:
40% daily value of Vitamin C
15% daily value of Vitamin A
18% daily value of vitamin K
8% daily value of Potassium
7% recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of iron for women and 10 percent RDA for men.
12% other vitamin and minerals

The fruits that I really like
Kiwi: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & Fiber. Its Vitamin C content is twice than orange.

Apple: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

Strawberry: Protective Fruit, Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protects the body from cancer, blood vessels clogging free radicals. ( Well actually any berries is good for you, they are high in anti-oxidants and they actually keep as young).

Orange: Sweetest Medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.

Watermelon: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene – the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C & Potassium. it keep our skin healthy, & protecting our skin from those UV rays).

Guava and Papaya: Top award for Vitamin C. They are the clear winner for their High Vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is Rich in carotene, this is good for your eyes (papaya also good for treating gas and indigestion).
